Nick asked me to look up the Consulate number on the web and right on their website, it says that for international adoptions, once all the criteria is met, the visa is issued on the next day. So Nick is going to try and call him. If he doesn't get anywhere, then I am going to try the Senators office again. This is CRAZY!
