Nick and I went on a date last night! He called from work and said he was bringing home pizza for the kids, Taishauna was going to babysit and we were going out to dinner!
Teri said "Uh, oh! He must have some bad news!"
It was a first - we NEVER go out. But now that T can babysit, there is no stopping us! (Poor kid!)
So we went to dinner and then to the library to do some research for Johnley's adoption - yes, its that complicated!
Dinner was wonderful. We got to just sit and be still, talk about anything we wanted. It was great.
We stayed out too late, though, and the kids were a little overdone by the time we got home. So next time we will not stay out so late.
