I am a forty fifty-something mom of threefour three children who were placed in my care for the job of raising and loving even though it appeared I didn't qualify. Each of their journeys to me is a story in itself. At this moment in time I am in the midst of raising these three beautiful starts that have landed in my life and in my heart. Each of them is a joy to behold.

Starting on Wednesday
Wow. Today is already Jan.2. According to my plans, this would be the day that we start back to school. But that's crazy! Who starts anything on a Wednesday? We will have to wait till Monday! Whew, there's a weight off!
I love this. There is a certain art involved in rationalizations, and you have a gift.
I told R last night that I could not imagine having to send my chick to school this morning. I don't know how I could ever go back to that torturous nonsense.
See? I have the gift, too! I'm sure there might be a couple good things involved in school, but I can't remember any.
